All shipping fees are built in to the purchase price so there are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you will be charged.

Generally orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Postage via Australia post can take a further 1-2 business days.

After your order is placed we then liaise directly with our partner labs around the world to advise them of an order. From here you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been received then following a email with tracking details of your test kit that has been dispatched.
Yes you will receive an electronic invoice as well as receipt.
